You’ll also play a strategic role in aligning HR systems and policies with business goals, supporting functions such as payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment operations, and regulatory compliance.

You will serve as a key enabler in creating consistent, compliant, and scalable experiences for employees and managers across the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including payroll, employee data, benefits, leave, and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes—including contracts, recruitment operations, onboarding, and offboarding—in coordination with GA, IT, and Finance.
  • Maintain and improve HR systems (HRIS), including upgrades, integrations, and self-service tools for employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with Finance on payroll execution and statutory reporting, while managing BPJS, health insurance, and other benefits.
  • Support the development of fair, competitive, and compliant compensation structures.
  • Partner with HRBP and L&D teams to ensure alignment in workforce planning, organizational needs, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Drive process automation and service delivery improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR audits, documentation, and compliance reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles, with a track record in leading HR functions or teams.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, payroll, benefits, labor law compliance (including BPJS and UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and digital tools, including system implementation and optimization.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, HR analytics, and service delivery metrics (e.g. SLA, satisfaction scores).
  • Experience supporting HR audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
