About the Job

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our inventory. From receiving and storing goods to coordinating deliveries and maintaining accurate stock records, you'll be central to our supply chain operations. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics
• Ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of products
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock movements
• Managing warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and safety
• Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies
• Supervising loading/unloading activities and maintaining quality standards
• Operating a forklift to move, load, or organize products when needed
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Min. 2 years experienced in warehouse or logistics coordination preferred
• Have active forklift driving certification (SIO)
• Familiar with inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse setting
