Providing technical assistance and product recommendations to customers
Supporting the sales team with technical product knowledge during the sales process
Troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues for customers

Maintaining knowledge of the latest industry trends and product updates
Min. Diploma degree in Mechanical or Heavy Equipment Engineering
Min. 2 years experienced in Mining/Heavy Equipment Industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in customer presentations.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Possess a valid driving license (SIM A & C).
