About the Job

As a Checker, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of goods received and dispatched. You will be responsible for checking quantities, conditions, and documentation to support smooth logistics and warehouse operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Checking incoming and outgoing goods against delivery documents
• Verifying quantities, item specifications, and product conditions
• Ensuring accuracy of delivery notes, invoices, and related documents
• Recording discrepancies, damages, or shortages and reporting them promptly
• Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
• Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams
• Assisting in goods receipt and dispatch processes
• Maintaining organized and accurate checking records

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum education: Senior High School / Diploma (SMA/SMK)
• Experience as a Checker, Warehouse Staff, or similar role is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Able to read and understand delivery and inventory documents
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and disciplined
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and operational environment
