About the Job

As a Technical, you will be the key link between our products and customers, offering expert advice and solutions. Your role will involve providing product recommendations, answering technical queries, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive the best solutions to meet their needs. You’ll be instrumental in building customer trust and driving sales success.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing technical assistance and product recommendations to customers
• Supporting the sales team with technical product knowledge during the sales process
• Troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues for customers
• Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal teams
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
• Participating in product development and improvement based on customer insights
• Maintaining knowledge of the latest industry trends and product updates

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• At least one year of experience as a technical professional in an industrial setting or in technical sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Experience in industrial sales is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in delivering customer presentations.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid driving license (SIM C).
• Must be proficient in professional Mandarin (spoken and written).
