About the Job

As a QHSE Officer, you will conduct internal audits for all departments, identify and assess QHSE risks (HIRA, JSA, environmental aspects & impact), develop, review, and control QHSE documentation (SOP, IK, Forms, Risk Register), monitor and analyze incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions to improve company standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal QHSE audits across all departments to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Identify and assess QHSE risks using appropriate methodologies such as HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis).
  • Identify environmental aspects and evaluate their impacts to support environmental risk management and mitigation.
  • Develop, review, update, and control QHSE documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (Instruksi Kerja), forms, and the company Risk Register.
  • Monitor and analyze incidents, near misses, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verify their closure.
  • Support departments in understanding and applying QHSE requirements to improve performance and reduce risks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to QHSE activities for management review and compliance audits.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental/Industrial/Chemical/Civil) or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in distribution/logistics/manufacturing industry
  • Preferably certified in Internal Audit for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
  • Ability to develop and implement SOPs and compliance documents.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Workspace and accounting software (e.g., Accurate)
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
