About the Job

As a Credit Limit & Account Receivable Staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the company. Your key responsibilities include managing credit limits for customers, monitoring accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments, and supporting the finance team in reducing credit risk and outstanding receivables.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze customer credit applications and set appropriate credit limits based on company policies.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure adherence to approved credit limits.
  • Process and issue invoices and payment reminders to customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer billing issues.
  • Prepare aging reports and monitor overdue accounts, initiating appropriate collection actions.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to manage credit risk and support accurate billing.
  • Assist in preparing financial and credit risk reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit guidelines, and financial regulations.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit analysis, or a related finance role.
  • Proficiency in accounting or ERP software (Accurate, Oracle Netsuite) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in managing financial data.
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills, especially in credit evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
