About the Job

As a Legal Staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s legal operations, ensuring compliance, and managing legal documentation and obligations. You will be responsible for legal administration, contract and document analysis, vendor collaboration, legal research, accounts receivable monitoring, and progress reporting. Your work will help safeguard company interests, reduce legal risks, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage legal document administration, including organizing, filing, and drafting.
  • Collect, review, analyze, and summarize legal documents to identify key terms, risks, and compliance elements.
  • Draft legal documents such as agreements, contracts, amendments, and related legal correspondence.
  • Verify that all company permits, licenses, and other regulatory/legal authorizations remain valid and up to date.
  • Liaise with legal vendors regarding payments, billing, and submission of required legal documentation.
  • Conduct legal research concerning applicable laws and regulations; coordinate with government institutions when necessary.
  • Monitor the company’s receivables from a legal standpoint—track overdue accounts, support collection efforts, and escalate when needed.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports on legal matters, contracts, receivables, and other key legal issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in legal role, freshgraduates with strong internship experience are open
  • Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly corporate, business, and labor law.
  • Strong knowledge of legal document drafting, review, and administration
  • Proficient in conducting legal research and liaising with government institutions
  • Experience in handling company permits, licenses, and compliance matters
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage legal documents and filings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Able to effectively communicate across different functions and other externals
  • Good negotiation skills for liaising with legal vendors and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
