About the Job

As a sales engineer, you will meet and exceed sales targets, updating pipeline, manage negotiations with senior-level executives, establish long term relationships with customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in industrial and automotive sectors.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate engine coolant product recommendations.
• Conduct product presentations and support clients with technical inquiries.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and market trends.
• Coordinate with technical and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Min. diploma’s degree (D3) in Engineering.
• Min. two years experience in sales industry
• Strong written and communication skills with experience in customer presentation
• Have driving license SIM C & SIM A
• Proficient in using Ms. Excel and Power Point
• Ability to communicate in basic English
• Work location in: Cikampek.
