Job Description
Developing and posting job descriptions on various recruitment platforms
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Conducting initial interviews and scheduling further interviews with hiring managers
Maintaining candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
Coordinating interview schedules and candidate feedback sessions with hiring managers
Handling employment offers and assisting with onboarding processes
Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records
Collaborating with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment or HR-related role preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidate information
A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
