Job Description


  • Developing and posting job descriptions on various recruitment platforms
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
  • Conducting initial interviews and scheduling further interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintaining candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Coordinating interview schedules and candidate feedback sessions with hiring managers
  • Handling employment offers and assisting with onboarding processes
  • Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment or HR-related role preferred
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidate information
    • A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
