About the Job

As the HR Business Partner Manager, you will lead the strategic people partnership function across the company, enabling business success through proactive and data-driven HR solutions. You will guide a team of HRBPs to act as trusted advisors to business leaders—fostering a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capabilities, and ensuring our people's strategies are aligned with organizational goals.

In this role, you’ll help shape and execute initiatives around organizational design, succession planning, talent development, employee relations, and change readiness—while acting as a critical connector between business units and specialized HR functions such as Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
  • Serve as the lead HRBP and role model for strategic HR thinking, while mentoring others to adopt a business-aligned HR approach.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, succession, and talent development, providing advisory input to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with managers to apply performance and development frameworks effectively, in collaboration with L&D.
  • Promote a positive, values-driven culture by addressing employee relations issues with fairness and consistency.
  • Leverage HR data and insights to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with key HR functions to ensure cohesive and compliant implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support organizational changes through thoughtful planning, communication, and people impact analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong experience as an HR Business Partner, including exposure to organizational design, employee relations, and talent strategy.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, performance frameworks, and labor compliance.
  • Comfortable using HR data to drive conversations and decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s or HR certifications are a plus).
  • Able to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic, evolving organization.
