Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets to ensure adherence to financial goals.
Collaborate with departments to gather necessary budget information.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Conduct variance analysis and identify reasons for budget deviations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Assist in the preparation of long-term financial plans and forecasts.
Provide support in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and ensure accuracy.
Assist with audits and implement audit recommendations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, or related roles. 3. Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting principles. 4. Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate & Oracle Netsuite). 5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet and other Microsoft Office applications. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
